The plastic track and basketball court project of Hongling Primary School passed the surface physical properties and toxic of Shenzhen Academy of Sciences and Metrology Institute at the end of December 2016. After the detection of harmful substances and the evaluation of on-site odours, the handover will be carried out on January 4, 2017. The plastic runway and basketball court project of Hongling Primary School is part of the demolition and construction of the school. The project includes a 1400 square plastic track and a 2100 square plastic basketball court. The acceptance of the plastic sports field marked the completion of the demolition and construction of the school.
After the "poisonous runway" storm, Luohu District suspended the construction of the plastic sports field in the region from June 2016 in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education. In May 2016, the “Quality Control Standard for Ground Floors of Synthetic Materials Sports Ground” (hereinafter referred to as “l(fā)andmarks”) was piloted in Shenzhen, and the construction of plastic sports stadiums in the city was gradually released. The plastic track and basketball court project of Hongling Primary School was selected by Shenzhen Aoshunda Industrial Co., Ltd. after more than a month of selection by the Luohu District Works Bureau, schools and other related units.
Shenzhen Aoshunda Industrial Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and service of sports ground floor materials in Shenzhen. He has undertaken the construction of the 26th Summer Universiade, the 14th Guangdong Games, and the Hong Kong Jockey Club Training Center. He participated in the drafting of the National Plastic Stadium Construction Guide (drafting) and the mandatory standards of Guangdong Province. The quality requirements for the ground layer of synthetic sports field, the provincial recommended standard "Guidelines for the Control of Harmful Substances in Synthetic Material Runway Surfaces" and the drafting of "landmarks" in Shenzhen.
After the start of the project on November 19, 2016, the Works Bureau put forward clear quality, safety and environmental protection requirements for the project construction related units. The supervision unit strictly controls the project construction plan and strictly supervises the construction process. As a construction unit, Shenzhen Aoshunda Industrial Co., Ltd. carefully planned the implementation of the project. The construction process is strictly in accordance with the Works Bureau, the school, the general contractor and the supervision requirements and the contract. The materials for the approach are sampled and sent for inspection, and the key processes such as area, smell, slope and flatness and the construction quality of key parts are strictly controlled. The details of the manhole cover, roadside stone and other details are carefully constructed and passed for inspection at one time.

Parent committees also participated in the on-site management of the construction process. On December 30th, the Education Bureau of Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai City, accompanied by the District Works Bureau and the District Education Bureau, inspected the construction site of the project. All parties gave high praise to on-site management and construction quality.
